Question: I have just been offered the deal of improving my air quality with the subject machine. I do not know if this is a good idea. There are so many scams out there in the world. I understand and acknowledge the growing issues we are learning about the air we breathe, but coughing up $3000 + is a hard pill to swallow when we are pay check to pay check.
Should I do this?

Answer:
Joseph,
Welcome to best-home-air-purifiers.com and thanks for your question. I think your hunches are right:
I wouldn't swallow the $3000 Respiraide pill either. If you are looking for a medical grade air purifier, I would check this one out. If you are looking for the best air purifier for most people with non-medical needs, I would look at this choice.
Why?...
First of all, as a professional in the industry I have never heard of RespirAide. One would suppose that an air purifier worth $3000 is worth knowing about. I could find very little information on the RespirAide in terms of the company itself or their air purifiers in general.
And...
For the few sites I could find actually selling the them, their claims sent up red flags. 100% efficiency? No air purifier does that, and they're foolish enough to claim it, I would move on--quickly.
In summary: Run away, don't walk from the RespirAide. Get an IQ Air (more info) or BlueAir (more info) instead, the two best in the industry.
Hey, for $3000, you could get more than one of each of the IQAIR and BlueAir and toss in a AirFree Air Sterilizer as a complement :)
